Notification triggers
AC will regularly send clock synchronization requests to all successfully registered APs. If no corresponding response is received, the system will send a "clock synchronization alarm." Only when the AC sends update config to the AP will it carry a timestamp. If the AP response times out, this alarm will be triggered. In other cases, the AP will not respond to this timestamp.
Possible causes include:
If the master AC sends an update config message at master/backup AC switchover, this notification is sent.
When setting echo-interval, the AC will send an update config to the AP, at which point the AP will respond, thus not meeting the alarm sending condition; If the AP is disconnected and then echo-interval is set again, the AP response will inevitably time out, triggering the alarm.

Possible reasons for this alarm include:
AP offline when tunnel is down.
When the radio interface is down, for example, radio disable. (Note: When the radio status changes, such as enabling or disabling the radio, and when the CAPWAP tunnel is disconnected, an alarm will be triggered. Removing the last service template for the radio to delete the AP, but not disabling the radio status, will not trigger this alarm.)
When hwSysTrapCollectionPeriod times out, and the time interval since the last trap transmission exceeds hwSysTrapResendPeriod, this alarm will be sent repeatedly.

When the Radio of Ap changes from Down to UP, this alarm will be triggered. After a "wireless link disruption" occurs, if the following conditions happen, the system detects that the air interface can provide wireless service, then sends a "link recovery" alarm:
When the radio interface changes from down to up, for example, radio enable. (Note: This trap is sent when the radio status changes, i.e., enabling a previously disabled radio. However, this alarm is not triggered if the radio is enabled for the first time after the AP comes online.)
