Operating temperature requirements

NOTE: The cooling capability of the server depends on the power density of devices within the cabinet, the cooling capability of the cabinet, and the spacing between the server and other devices. When the server is stacked with other devices, the maximum operating temperature of the server might decrease. |
Table 1 shows the operating temperature specifications of the server.

· For any drive configuration, intelligent network adapters and GPUs are not supported if mid drives are installed. · The speed of the 8056 fan is restricted to 90% of its maximum speed when the 8SFF drive configuration uses Toshiba SFF SAS HDDs. · When a single rotor in a fan module fails: ¡ The maximum server operating temperature decreases by 5°C (41°F). ¡ The GPU performance and performance of processors with a TDP of more than 200 W might decrease. |
