Freedom Telecom’s growth trajectory demanded an infrastructure capable of balancing high-density traffic with the rigorous security and compliance mandates of the Kazakh market. The company faced three critical architectural hurdles:
In diverse environments—from retail and manufacturing to warehouses and campuses—the network had to mitigate latency and signal degradation to maintain seamless connectivity for thousands of simultaneous users.
The infrastructure required air-gapped isolation between guest traffic and corporate data, while simultaneously embedding a mandatory, real-time SMS authentication workflow to meet national legal standards.
With a target of 50,000 access points by 2030, the network needed to transcend basic transport and evolve into an intelligent fabric capable of supporting advanced analytics, behavioral scoring, and movement tracking.
To future-proof its mission-critical infrastructure, Freedom Telecom deployed "Freedom Guest Wi-Fi," an H3C-powered managed service designed to serve as a real-time business intelligence engine.
Utilizing H3C’s advanced Wi-Fi 6 and 7 access points, the deployment delivers 10 Gbps throughput. Leveraging Multi-Link Operation (MLO), the system orchestrates traffic across the 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz spectrums to maintain sub-5ms latency, effectively neutralizing interference in dense environments.
By utilizing the H3C AD Campus cloud platform, Freedom Telecom’s engineering teams gained granular, real-time observability across their entire national footprint, enabling centralized provisioning and automated policy enforcement.
The solution integrates a localized, multi-language captive portal with a three-step SMS authorization module, automating regulatory compliance while enhancing the end-user experience.
This implementation marks the beginning of a deeper strategic alliance. Freedom Telecom and H3C are moving beyond infrastructure deployment to co-create a new era of digital capabilities. Our roadmap centers on the joint development of AI-driven and Intent-Based Networking (IBN) capabilities, as well as the strategic expansion into SD-WAN, managed security, and LAN services. By integrating H3C’s global technological innovation with Freedom Telecom’s robust digital ecosystem, we are engineering the next-generation digital infrastructure for a data-driven, innovative nation.
