Unisplendour Releases Q3 2025 Report: Strengthening “Computing × Connectivity” to Drive Robust High Growth

China, Beijing, October 30, 2025 – Unisplendour Corporation (“the Company”) today announced its financial results for the first three quarters of 2025, highlighting strong business growth driven by its core “Computing × Connectivity” strategy. For the first three quarters of 2025, the Company achieved consolidated revenue of RMB 77.322 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 31.41%. This robust growth was largely attributable to the outstanding performance of its key subsidiary, H3C. Within the first three quarters of 2025, H3C achieved revenue of RMB 59.623 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 48.07%. The domestic enterprise business, which forms the Company’s core revenue base, generated RMB 51.502 billion, up 62.55%, further solidifying its foundation for growth. International business, the Company’s second growth curve, delivered an outstanding performance with revenue of RMB 3.478 billion, marking an impressive 83.99% increase and reflecting rapid expansion in global markets. Notably, despite industry-wide pressure on profit margins, H3C still achieved net profit of RMB 2.529 billion, up 14.75% year-on-year, demonstrating the ability to enhance profitability while sustaining high growth.

As one of the few listed companies in China capable of deeply integrating and fully leveraging the multiplier effect of “Computing × Connectivity,” the Company has been advancing its “AI in ALL” strategy to enrich its full-stack intelligent computing capabilities, while at the same time consolidating a solid, efficient, green, and autonomous computing foundation through diverse computing architectures, complemented by premium-quality network connectivity to maximize intelligent computing performance.

Following the completion of clustered deployments of the UniPoD S80000 super node product in multiple large-scale projects, the Company has fully launched the R&D and deployment of next-generation super node products with 1,000 GPUs and above, on an even larger scale.

As one of the very few domestic manufacturers capable of the full-process design, manufacture, and large-scale delivery of liquid-cooled complete cabinets, the Company is accelerating the development, validation, and productization of emerging liquid-cooling technologies such as phase-change cold plates to fully meet the stringent data-center energy-reduction demands posed by high-density compute clusters and high-power chips.

Recognized by industry authorities, the next-generation distributed storage solution Polaris X20000 achieved a single-node bandwidth of 158.92 GB/s and a total cluster bandwidth exceeding 476.752 GB/s—earning the top position in the MLPerf® Storage v2.0 benchmark for high-performance RoCE AI storage solutions. The product is already being commercially deployed and scaled across multiple large-scale intelligent computing projects.

The industry’s first commercially deployed DDC lossless network solution has successfully passed large-scale intelligent computing network validation at Xiaohongshu, delivering outstanding results that highlight its superior performance, zero-tuning capability, and reduced operating costs.

The Company has officially launched the high-performance 800G AI computing switch S9828-128EP, featuring an industry-leading 102.4T ultra-high-performance switching chip and up to 128 full-speed 800G OSFP ports. The new model delivers a significant leap forward across performance, latency, energy efficiency, and operations & maintenance, setting a new benchmark for intelligent computing networks.

The Company continues to invest in the R&D and application of optical interconnect technologies, achieving large-scale commercialization of products based on silicon photonics CPO and NPO. In parallel, it is actively advancing the research and validation of optical switching technologies—further widening its competitive edge in next-generation network innovation.
