Zhejiang University First Hospital is the top-ranked hospital in Zhejiang Province and can be ranked in the top ten nationwide in terms of comprehensive strength. The hospital has six campuses and offers over 5,000 open beds. In 2022, the total number of outpatient and emergency visits in all six campuses exceeded 10 million.

Before the construction of the Yuhang New Campus, H3C had close cooperation with Zhejiang University First Hospital and assisted in the overall wireless network transformation of the two campuses. Over 2,000 wireless APs were replaced, and the network has been running stable for more than four years.

The construction of the Yuhang New Campus has gained the recognition of hospital leadership, and H3C's smart hospital construction concept is adopted. The goal is to establish a unified network and a unified cloud to achieve interconnection and data sharing among the six campuses, laying a solid foundation for building a smart hospital. The weak current project of the new campus involves the construction of both wired and wireless networks, as well as the cloud data center. It adopts a three-layer architecture of core, aggregation, and access, with over 500 switches and more than 3,000 WIFI 6 APs. This builds a high-speed information highway in the new campus and achieves network interconnection among the six campuses through multiple campus bare fibers and OTN, forming a unified network. H3C's Intelligent Management Center is used to achieve unified operation and maintenance management of the multi-campus network, reducing daily operation and maintenance pressure. A single cloud adopts the construction model of H3C's basic infrastructure ICT foundation and Alibaba Cloud platform. There are two data centers in Qingchun and Yuhang campuses, with over 500 servers carrying the hospital's cloud services.

H3C provides a complete set of digital hospital infrastructure to achieve centralized management of hospital groups, establish shared private clouds, support the comprehensive development of clinical, teaching, scientific research, and management, promote the development of diagnostic aids, improve the diagnosis efficiency of clinicians, and provide the best medical solutions for patients.
