Tashkent, Uzbekistan, July 13, 2023 — H3C was invited to be present at the Digital Leadership Forum in Uzbekistan recently. Hosted by the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the forum brought together more than 300 technology companies and institutions from around the world to share experience in advancing digital transformation and develop a blueprint for the future digital development of Uzbekistan. Qiao Yan, Vice President of H3C International Business, delivered a keynote speech for the forum, sharing H3C’s experience in digital transformations with global partners and officially announcing that H3C reached strategic partnerships with several local elite end-users and partners.
At the forum, Qiao said that as one of the most trustworthy partners for digital transformation, H3C has always been committed to driving the growth of the ICT industry through innovation. Ever since H3C began expanding its overseas markets in 2019, it has been exploring new avenues for growth and pursued successful paths of development in the global digital economy with a growing number of partners. As one of the fastest emerging IT-hubs in Central Asia, Uzbekistan is without a doubt one of H3C’s key partners. This April, H3C signed a MoU and Cloud DC development agreement with UNICON.UZ, a research centre in the field of telecommunications established by the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Both sides will jointly establish a research center to provide integrated technical services and promote research on new technologies such as cloud computing, big data and other ICT technologies in Uzbekistan. With a supportive policy environment and strong talent base, Uzbekistan provides a solid foundation for the development of digital economy. H3C is willing to share its mature experience and cutting-edge technology to the local market to meet the growing digital demands of each citizen.

At the forum, H3C also announced its future cooperation plans with several key enterprises and institutions, aiming to jointly drive the high-quality and in-depth digitalization. H3C signed an official agreement with Uzbektelecom to empower local telecommunications infrastructure construction and improve the telecom quality. Meanwhile, to meet the talent demands for local digital transformation, H3C also announced the plan with UNICON.UZ to build Cloud DC with an Uzbekistan Training Center, committed to establish a localized talent training system and promote the integration of industry and education. By utilizing the digital infrastructure full-stack capabilities of H3C, as well as its one-stop digital solution and end-to-end service capabilities, and UNICON.UZ’s localized ICT technical strength, they will explore new paths of technological innovation and support a positive cycle of the ICT industry in Uzbekistan.
In recent years, H3C has actively embraced globalization and developed its global business. Currently, H3C has 17 overseas branches in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America, and other regions, all of which have end-to-end capabilities from market expansion and project delivery to service support, and can provide efficient localized support for global customers.
