PANGOMICRO

Shenzhen Pango Microsystems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PANGOMICRO"), with a registered capital of CNY 400 million and a total investment of over CNY 1.5 billion, is a national high-tech enterprise. Headquartered in Shenzhen, PANGOMICRO has branches in Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu, and more than 450 employees (R&D personnel accounting for more than 85%). PANGOMICRO is specialized in R&D, production and sales of programmable logic devices (PLDs).

Customers' pain points

1.    The R&D desktop in the development environment is at the risk of data leakage. Data management and control risks need to be addressed.

2.    The R&D personnel are distributed in many places, and PCs are scattered in various office buildings. The daily maintenance workload is huge.

3.    It is necessary to deal with emergencies, meet the telecommuting requirements to ensure the continuity of services.

4.    There are many compiling software which requires high environment stability with high resource load.

Projects

The are 400 points in total, including 300 points at Shenzhen headquarters and 100 points at Shanghai branch. These projects are deployed in two cities separately and connected to the private network. Deployment solutions include desktop cloud solution Workspace, UIS hyper-convergence and supporting networks, security products, as well as planning and transforming CPU resources, memory resources, hard disk resources, and network resources based on the desktop cloud. In the future, in addition to Shenzhen headquarters and Shanghai Branch, Chengdu Branch will also start desktop cloud transformation.

Project results

As a high-tech enterprise, PANGOMICRO is responsible for the R&D of highly confidential data and core assets of the enterprise to meet the information security and data leakage prevention requirements for desktop offices.

The desktop office provided by PANGOMICRO's R&D team relies on the "data on the cloud" feature of the VDI architecture to effectively ensure the data security and reliability of the R&D core data. In combination with H3C Workspace cloud desktop's data security functions such as dominant watermark, blind watermark, peripheral control, and blacklist, the data security issue of the enterprise R&D scenario can be effectively solved.
