"Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have noticed a significant surge in the numbers of inquiries from customers and business negotiations. Many Japanese companies are pushing ahead with comprehensive digital transformation and have shown more interest in various solutions facilitating their digitalization endeavors. As a result, our performance in the Japanese market has improved significantly, " Pi stated.
As Pi noted, H3C's solutions cover a wide range of ICT areas. In particular, its solutions in network management, VDI and Wi-Fi have been widely recognized and well received in the Japanese market.
Among the relevant products mentioned by Pi, H3C Cloudnet, a new-generation network solution, can solve the network pain points faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The solution helps realize efficient network management and cloud-based deployment, thus reducing operational burden. The solution is also part of the country’s GIGA School initiative launched to connect schools nationwide to high-speed Internet and high-quality digital learning services.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, hybrid working model has gradually become the norm. Therefore, H3C has provided customers with H3C UIS HCI solution and VDI-supported Cloud Desktop solution, offering simple and convenient management, secure data, and efficient deployment for working environment, which have fully satisfied Japanese customers' demand for telecommuting.
In addition, H3C's latest enterprise-class AI-native Wi-Fi 7 AP product, WA7638, won the Best of Show Award Grand Prize at the Interop Tokyo 2022 held in June this year. H3C Wi-Fi 7 AP delivers a wide array of intelligent features including RF management, terminal access, service assurance and network repair, enhancing intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) services for customers. The product can increase channel utilization by 56%, terminal access efficiency by 33% and the number of transmission channels by 220%, shortening overall network O&M time by 30%.

Leveraging its strength in these three fields, H3C has also rolled out four scenario-based solutions- Synergy Working, Innovative Education, Efficient Healthcare, and Reliable Public Service. Relevant solutions provided by H3C have been deployed at the Medical Corporation Sapporo Heart Center, Sapporo Cardio Vascular Clinic in Japan, helping the hospital tackle challenges of data sharing, governance, and security.
