H3C was recognized as a Sample Vendor for network firewall and hybrid mesh firewall in the recent "Hype Cycle for Workload and Network Security, 2022" report released by the global research and consulting firm, Gartner.

Being named as a Gartner Hype Cycle Sample Vendor for consecutive year. It demonstrates H3C’s growing international reputation. It also reflects the organization’s constant technological innovations and continuous efforts to pursue breakthroughs in the field of network security.

The Development of Network Firewall Technologies has Moved to the Phase of "Plateau of Productivity"

The report reflects an increased trend towards converged platforms and provides in-depth analysis of more than 20 technologies related to network firewall, firewall as a service (FWaaS), secure access service edge(SASE), and security service edge (SSE).

The report also notes that the development of network firewall technologies has changed from the phase of "Slope of Enlightenment" in 2021 to the phase of "Plateau of Productivity", and hybrid mesh firewall technologies are now in the phase of "Innovation Trigger".

Gartner believes the way to create an effective hybrid environment security is by extending modern network firewall controls to multiple enforcement points, including FWaaS and cloud firewalls.
