H3C lately won a share of all seven bid packages and ranked second among all winning bidders in terms of the overall share gained in China Telecom’s 2022-2023 centralized procurement of servers, the largest server centralized purchase project of Chinese carriers so far, garnering over three billion yuan ($474.9 million) worth of contracts. The successful bid has further solidified H3C’s position as a major supplier of cloud and network products for carriers.
The centralized procurement project covered all types of servers, including computing servers, storage servers, GPU servers, and NFV servers, and involved over 200,000 units of servers worth over 13 billion yuan.
China Telecom has taken the lead in realizing unified operation of cloud platforms, networks, and IT resources.
