H3C Secures Largest Share of China’s 200G/400G Switch Market in H1 2021

With a 64.5-percent market share, H3C became the largest supplier of 200G/400G Ethernet switches in the Chinese market during the first half of 2021, according to the Quarterly Tracking Report on China’s Ethernet Switch Market (2021Q2) by the International Data Corporation (IDC).

Amid the move towards 400 gigabit Ethernet, large-scale application of high-end network equipment in the next-generation data centers, such as switches and core routers, will effectively solve bandwidth bottlenecks, further improve data transfer speed and guarantee high efficiency and stability of networks.

In the same year, H3C saw the number of ports of its switch products deployed in various networks surpass 10,000, with these products being able to meet the needs of the construction of networks of varying scales.
