*About Onsite Service, with reference to attachment 1-H3C Enterprise Product Customer Replaceable Units Guide, customer shall install or replace CRU parts specified in the Customer Replaceable Units Guide on its own under H3C’s technical support. If customer requests H3C provide onsite service to install or replace CRU parts, H3C will support the request subject to its own judgement, and the travel and labor costs of H3C service shall be borne by customer.

For non-CRUs’ replacement, in accordance with this Warranty Policy or the service contract, H3C will assign engineers to provide onsite technical support.

The customer shall be solely responsible for removal of any confidential, proprietary, or personal information stored on the defective unit or part before it is returned to H3C.

HARDWARE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY support original customer continues to own or use the product in the product life cycle. The limited lifetime warranty support will be terminated as of the End of Service (EOS) date of the product.

Subject to applicable Law,H3C provides a maximum of 5-year hardware limited lifetime warranty for pointed WLAN AP products and box switch products. Please refer to model list and corresponding Service Level as following:

*Within Limited Lifetime Warranty Support period, Business Hour Remote Support is provided remotely by H3C Technical Support Center during local business hours (9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.) Via both service hotline and email. Warranty Parts shipment support is provided within 10 business days after RMA (Return Material Authorization) request confirmed by H3C.

Product accessories, such as, but not limited to, hot-swappable fans and power supply units, optical modules, extensive modules etc. keep twelve (12) monthswarranty period.

About limited warranty for pointed products in SMB business (distribution business), please refer to Attachment- 2 “SMB product limited warranty”

Notes:

1. This Warranty Policy does not apply to any non-H3C products (third party hardware or software), consumables and accessories.

2. The warranty starts on the 90th day after the date of the product shipment from H3C, or the date on which H3C receives a service request for this product, whichever is earlier.

3. The warranty type of a product may vary in different countries, please consult your local service sales representatives for more information.

In addition to factory warranty, users can also purchase other options of H3Care foundation services. For detail service information, please refer to H3Care Foundation Service

4. H3C has set up local logistics hub in following countries but not limit to Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Mexico, Turkey, South Africa, Philippines, Spain, Singapore, UAE, Vietnam, and Korea to provide local spare parts support and keep extending logistics support capability in more countries.

date. H3C reserves the right to update the information contained herein Without prior notice.

The Warranty policy is effective on AUG 7th 2023 and shall replace all the Enterprise Product Limited Warranties released before.

Attachment-1 H3C Enterprise Product Customer Replaceable Units Guide V1.0

Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) are pointed parts on H3C Enterprise product, specified by H3C, that the customer can replace by themselves. With this Customer Replaceable Units Guide, H3C support customer to install CRU parts by themselves. If Customer requests H3C provide onsite service to install or replace CRU parts, H3C will support the request subject to its own judgement, and the travel and labor costs of this H3C service shall be borne by customer.

For non-CRUs’ replacement, in accordance with this Warranty Policy or the service contract, H3C will assign technical support engineers to provide onsite technical support.

The warranty information in “SMB Product Limited Warranty” is H3C general warranty policies for pointed product in SMB business (distribution business) in specific countries and regions. The warranty details may be different with local adjustment, if there’s any difference between this Warranty and local laws and regulations, the local laws and regulations shall prevail.

“Warranty Starting Date” For SMB product means (i) the date this product is delivered from the manufacturing site of H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. (“H3C”), or (ii) in the case of deliver to customer, the date is not more than 180 days since original shipment date of this product from H3C.
