    Restrictions and guidelines

    1.Before updating the software version, it is strongly recommended that you understand the software feature changes between versions, evaluate the possible impact of the changes on the business, and refer to the relevant supporting documents.

    Installation steps

    Linux OS

    1.Log in to the system with an administrator account.

    2.Upload the corresponding firmware file ****.img, signature file ****.sig and wxtool_x86 firmware upgrade tool to the system and place them in the same directory.

    3.Execute chmod +x wxtool_x86 to grant execution permissions to the firmware upgrade tool.

    4.Execute the ./wxtool_x86 -F ****.img command, select the type of network card to be upgraded, and start upgrading the firmware.

    (The type of NIC-ETH-SF400T-LP-4P-GE and NIC-ETH-SF400HT-LP-4P-GE network cards is "1000M_nics_4ports".The type of NIC-ETH-SF200T-LP-2P-GE network card is "1000M_nics_2ports". The type of NIC-ETH-SF400T-C201-3S-4P network card is "1000M_nics_4ports ".)

    5.After the upgrade is completed, please power cycle the server by disconnecting and reconnecting the AC power., enter the system and execute ethtool -i ethX to check that the firmware version has been successfully upgraded.

    1.Improved the handling process for smbus tx timeout and fixed the i2c/smbus scl exception issue.

    2.Fix the issue where the out-of-band (OOB) NCSI returns a network port speed of 10M when the link is down.

    3.Fix the issue where wxtool reads only port 0 of the cab register.

    4.Remove the behavior of non-NCSI firmware periodically accessing the Yu Tai PHY.

    6.Optimize the NCSI command flow for standard cards, supporting only NCSI information query commands.
